How Long Will Shipping Take?

Standard units are usually shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. and in most of the Continental U.S. orders are received within 5 days. Custom Orders vary by order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, check, or money order, and direct wire transfers. Personal checks will be held for clearance before shipping.

Returns & Refunds

All new equipment is subject to the return policies of the individual manufacturer. A restocking fee may be applied as per the manufacturer's policy.

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that the units manufactured by the company are free from any defect in material or workmanship under conditions of normal use and service. All warranties, expressed or implied, are restricted to the terms listed in the warranty of each manufacturer.

The obligation of the manufacturer' under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at their option F.O.B. Factory, any unit which proves defective within three years from the date of original installation Refrigeration equipment carries a standard 3 year factory warranty for compressor and accessories This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and does not apply to equipment which has been subject to any accident, alteration, abuse, misuse or improper installation. This warranty does not include any labor charges for replacement or repair of defective parts or product loss reimbursement.
